"Rethinking the meaning of Good Food"

#GoodToShareGood, this hashtag of my self-assignment was inspired by a Canadian B-Corp food brand called Good Food For Good.

As homemakers, we all want to prepare healthy and delicious meals for our families. However, it can be difficult to find convenient options that are also made with clean ingredients. Good Food For Good understands this struggle and creates products that are certified organic and free from harmful ingredients like refined sugar, soy, corn syrup, gluten, dairy, and preservatives.

The founder of Good Food For Good , Richa Gupta, is passionate about using real, whole foods to create nutritious and tasty products. She believes that people shouldn't have to sacrifice their health for convenience. What impresses me the most about Richa Gupta is her sense of purpose. Good Food For Good was started with the goal of making healthier, delicious meals accessible to everyone while also donating meals to those in need.

For every jar purchased, the company donates a meal to someone in need. This is their way of fighting world hunger and rethinking the meaning of good food.
